The Process
We match services of our network professionals with the requirements of each homeowner according to budget, project specification, scheduling, flexibility and craftsmanship. The process is easy . . .
- Request: Homeowner submits project information.
- Evaluation: Upon receipt of your job request, Home Solutions of Toledo will contact you within three business days to evaluate your project.
- Contractor Contact: We select an appropriate contractor in our network and schedule an appointment. For unique requests, the process may take a little longer while Home Solutions of Toledo locates a specialist that meets our standards.
- Bid Submission: After meeting with you, the Contractor submits a bid or proposal.
- Follow-up: We will contact you after your contractor meeting and after you have received an estimate to discuss your final decision regarding your home improvement project and the referred contractor. We will keep in touch with you throughout the project to ensure your satisfaction.
- Feedback: After a project is completed we encourage our clients to complete our customer satisfaction survey so that Home Solutions of Toledo can continue to offer only the highest quality contractors.
Please Note: When you hire a contractor in Home Solutions of Toledo’s Network, you will arrange payment directly with the contractor as we do not accept or handle payment for the contractors.
